If you missed this morning's MotoGP Japanese Grand Prix, Fabio Quartararo was very upset with his team. In the final moments of the race, the 2021 champion ran out of fuel just a few meters from the finish. In eleventh place at that moment, the Yamaha rider was overtaken by his compatriot Johann Zarco, who took advantage of the situation and finished twelfth. Here’s his reaction:
"We ran out of fuel again. Already being ridiculous on the track, we're even more so with the fuel issue. I don’t know what we're doing in this aspect. It’s unacceptable to finish three races, two of them without fuel. I don’t think changing the engine map will gain us much. Looking at this weekend's position, I don’t think we could play so much with the limits. We need explanations. As I said, it's unacceptable."
